Dr. Alex Philp
Alex Philp, Ph.D., serves as President and CEO of two companies, GCS Research and TerraEchos, Inc. This includes overall strategic planning, communications, partnership management, licensing, public relations, legal management, and overall geospatial technology direction. Dr. Philp is also a member of the Montana Governors’ Land Information Council, and develops policy recommendations to the Governor’s office on the effective utilization of GIS technology. He also serves as Governor’s liaison with the Dept. of Energy, Idaho National Laboratory (INL), linking economic development and advanced technologies within a regional context. He works closely with Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Intelligence Community through the Dept. of Energy – Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), National Visualization Analytics Center (NVAC), and the National Security Directorate at INL, specifically on critical infrastructure protection and chemical, biological, and radiological counterintelligence through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) methods and practices. In addition, Dr. Philp has also served on the State of Montana Homeland Security GIS Subcommittee, and the Science and Technology Subcommittee, following September 11th.
Stanley Newton
Stanley Newton attended the United States Naval Academy graduating in 1985 with a BS in Control Systems Engineering. After being commissioned an Ensign in the US Navy, he completed Nuclear Power training in route to his assignment on the USS Bluefish (SSN 675) where he qualified both in submarines and as a nuclear propulsion engineer. After his initial sea tour, Stanley served as the Navy's Nuclear Programs Recruiting director in the Southwest United States. Following active duty Naval Service, he entered Dallas Theological Seminary to prepare for pastoral ministry graduating in 1996 with a Master of Theology in Old Testament. Stanley has pastored churches in Washington, North Carolina, and is now currently ministering in Houston, Texas. Stanley is married to the former Carla Campbell of Belton, SC. Together they have three children: Victoria, Jonathan, and Caleb.
Dr. Allen Bain
Non executive Director – has held leadership roles in both the business sector and in the science of drug discovery and commercialisation. He has been a leader in more than a dozen public company financings totalling about $50 million, and a co-founder, officer, or director of several public companies in Canada, USA, and Australia , including Cardiome Pharma (NASDAQ:CRME).
