Mr. Edward Andercheck
As a corporate executive and investment banking professional for over 25 years, Mr. Andercheck has been responsible for the development of young technology assets as well the supervision and management of corporate finance, institutional sales and retail sales at various times in his career. His business background within the securities industry has included successful transactions ranging from restructuring New York financial institutions with Prudential Securities to financing young technology startups at his own firm.
Within his career in Corporate Finance projects of focus have included clients in the financial services industry and technology driven industries including software, advanced materials, biotech/pharma, and RF industries. Mr. Andercheck brings a strong working knowledge of the software development process and computer systems technology.
As an advisor and board director, Mr. Andercheck brings a keen understanding of the capital markets as well as direct line management experience. He has consulted in sales development and strategic planning. He currently serves on several Boards of Directors in the Interactive Entertainment Industry.
Mr. Andercheck graduated from The George Washington University in 1974 with a BBA in International Finance. He has served at the U.S. Treasury Department office of Revenue Sharing as a research associate.

Mr. Jerry Wolff brings extensive management and business experience to TIE with additional benefit of having worked in advertising and marketing for almost 40 years. Beginning in 1967 in advertising, Mr. Wolff has worked extensively in different roles over the course of his successful career. As General Sales Manager for the prestigious RKO Radio station, WOR in New York he received the RKO Excellence in Management Award for owned and operated radio properties in 1975 for breaking all previous sales records at WOR. In 1978, Mr. Wolff joined New York radio station, WMCA as Station Manager and in 1980 also as General Manager.
Following tremendous success in all facets of cable television sales and marketing, Mr. Wolff consolidated his business interests including Sportstec and Cabletec under a new umbrella company in 1984, Total Communications Group, Inc.
Total Communications Group is a major innovator in the media industry focusing its attention and energy on research, planning, negotiating and buying of all forms of traditional and non traditional media. As President and CEO, Mr. Wolff brought Total Communications into the forefront of all significant aspects and nuances of strategic marketing and media expertise.

Executive Vice President – Telecommunications
Mark Marangella is a specialist in project and program management, with experience in emergency telecommunications restorations systems using both terrestrial (microwave and cellular) and satellite based wireless communication, has provided consulting services on a number of international start-up initiatives, most recently in Malaysia and Jordan, and has served as telecommunications executive for several Fortune 100 companies in the satellite sector.
Mr. Marangella, brings over 25 years of experience in developing and managing global strategic telecommunication alliances and partnerships, preparing and implementing complex operating plans including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Starting in domestic sales of microwave communication systems at Loral Terrecom, Mr. Marangella specialized in emergency restoration systems for municipal and state governments. Joining NEC Mobile Radio Systems, Mr. Marangella headed sales and marketing of this cellular and paging division of NEC America before transferring to NEC Technology where he successfully pioneered the technology integration of the computer laptop and cell-phone that led to the first operational PCMCIA card and the emergence of wireless laptop communication. Mr. Marangella subsequent worked for Loral/Qualcomm’s Globalstar LEO satellite initiative as founding Vice President for Business Development, starting the international office in Paris, France and managing the collaborative partnership with France Telecom, Alcatel Espace, Alenia Space, DASA, Vodafone, Hyundai, and Dacom. Mr. Marangella followed as founding Executive Vice President for Lockheed-Martin’s start-up GEO Satphone initiative,. Before joining Tie Technologies, Mr. Marangella was development executive for Matra-Marconi/Lagardere’s EAST GEO satellite initiative, working directly with the management of the Lagardere Group, Chrysler-Daimler Benz Aerospace, Matra-Marconi Espace, and Cyprus Telecom. Selected as outstanding employee of the year out of the management at NEC North America and chosen to attend the NEC Japan management school. As founding Development Director for integrated wireless solutions at NEC Technologies, he pioneered the technology integration of the computer laptop and cell-phone that led to the first operational PCMCIA card and the emergence of wireless laptop communication. Mr. Marangella received his BA from The University of Maryland, and MA, from Boston University, Educational Administration, and did Post Graduate Studies at U.S. International Univ. in Business Administration.

Mr. Richard Sherwin brings decades of experience as a business development/marketing strategies consultant for companies including Verizon, Panasonic, Sony, Federated Stores, Philips of North America, Sharp USA, The NBC-Interactive Group, X3D Technologies Corp., Roxy.com, Fusion Inc., Zoetics, Lead IP and The Consumer Electronics Manufacturers Assn.
Mr. Sherwin has been the guiding force behind creating - and producing - numerous successful business development projects and initiatives. He has lent his expertise to forming strategic relationships in the telecommunications, computer manufacturing, new home building and consumer electronics manufacturing industries.
These initiatives also include the successful branding, message development and product launch for major corporations and startups. He has also provided strategic marketing analysis, market research, media relations, public relations and advertising guidance for these firms.
His focus groups gauge actual perceptions and responses from customers before, during and after product launches and results from these focus groups have been responsible of the dynamic and successful marketing and application changes in some of the most popular technical products and services launched in the last ten years.
He has been a marketing and business development executive for IBM, Roxy.com, NBC Interactive and Philips USA. He is a former syndicated newspaper and magazine reporter, columnist and editor in chief for prominent newspapers and magazines and a guest business analyst for TV and radio.
Mr. Sherwin was also a college instructor and lecturer at New York University, Touro University and St. John's University, teaching business and marketing journalism.
Executive VP and Manager - Information Technology Division
Mr. Graham Mew has more than 20 years of expertise in transforming organizations of all sizes and industries through the delivery of solutions to clients around the world. His rich background crosses both the commercial and government realms. Graham joins Tie Technologies from Knowledge Vector International LLC, (an Earl Technology Company) where he was the President and led the establishment of Earl’s newest successful partnership company. Knowledge Vector’s actionable intelligence suite of products has been used in applications and industries as diverse as local and federal governments, military and commercial applications.
His career spans companies such as Knowledge Vector, KSE, JBA International, Extensity, Adaytum and Thompson Corporation, he has helped to re-engineer and create enterprise business solutions for more than sixty corporations and financial institutions around the world. He has in-depth knowledge of the markets and products for Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, Business Intelligence, Trading Partner Collaboration, Business On-Demand and Supply Chain applications. His international experience and expertise in managing many multi-national and multi-cultural projects is very important to Tie Technologies and their international growth/presence. Due to his experience as a survivor of the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center, led to his involvement in leading programs to assist in the critical infrastructure and war fighter solutions for various Government and military programs.
Graham is a frequent speaker at industry events and has authored numerous position and white papers. While at JBA, he was part of the Euro impact taskforce and lectured on the subject across Europe and the USA.
